They are widely used in scenarios requiring anti-slip properties such as industrial platforms, stair treads, and vehicle pedals, balancing structural load-bearing and safety protection functions.
Hot Rolled Checkered Plate Production Line
The production line for hot-rolled checkered steel plates uses steel billets as raw materials, and simultaneously forms surface patterns during high-temperature rolling: After being heated, the steel billets are initially formed through rough rolling. When entering the finishing mill group, the surface of the steel plate is rolled and pressed by rolls with pattern designs, and patterns such as diamond-shaped and lentil-shaped ones are pressed out simultaneously utilizing the plasticity of high-temperature steel. Subsequent processes include cooling, straightening, and shearing, ultimately forming finished products with anti-slip patterns on the surface.
The patterns are integrally formed with the steel plate itself, featuring high strength and good anti-slip performance, and are mostly used in anti-slip scenarios such as platforms and walkways. The production line realizes different pattern styles through the design of pattern rolls, and the products combine strength and anti-slip properties, meeting the needs of anti-slip scenarios.

About Packing Details
1.Stacking and Layering: Neatly stack steel plates of the same size, with the checkered pattern facing the same direction. Place wooden or rubber spacers between each layer to prevent scratching and friction damage.
2.Outer Wrapping: The stacked plates are tightly wrapped with waterproof kraft paper, plastic woven fabric, or steel sheets to protect them from moisture and physical damage.
3.Multi-directional Strapping: Use multiple high-tensile steel straps in both horizontal and vertical directions to ensure the stack of plates does not fall apart during transport. Edge protectors can be placed where the straps contact the plates to protect the edges.
4.Placement on Pallets: Place the strapped stack of plates on a sturdy wooden or steel pallet. The pallet provides support and facilitates forklift handling.
5.Marking and Final Inspection: Affix a clear shipping mark to the exterior of the package, indicating product specifications, quantity, and batch information. A final inspection is conducted to ensure the packaging is complete and undamaged.
