Due to their excellent anchoring performance, deformed steel bars are widely used in load-bearing parts such as beams, columns, and floor slabs in housing construction, bridges, water conservancy projects, etc., and are an indispensable material in modern civil engineering.
Steel Bars Production Line
The deformed steel bar production line uses steel billets as raw materials, with its process focusing on forming and thread processing: Steel billets are heated to a plastic state at high temperature in a heating furnace, then gradually rolled into round steel of the set diameter through multiple stands of continuous rolling mills. Subsequently, special rolls are used to roll out transverse and longitudinal ribs on the surface (forming a threaded structure to enhance the bonding force with concrete). After rolling, water-through cooling is applied to control performance, followed by straightening and fixed-length cutting. Finally, mechanical property testing and appearance quality inspection are conducted to complete the production of deformed steel bars. The entire line can efficiently realize continuous processing from steel billets to finished products, meeting the strength and anchoring requirements of reinforcing steel bars for construction.

About Packing Details
1.Bundling: Rebar of the same length and specification are bundled into a tight unit. Multiple steel straps or wires are used to secure the bundle, preventing it from coming apart during loading, unloading, and transit. To prevent scratching, plastic or wooden spacers can be placed where the straps contact the rebar.
2.Moisture and Rust Prevention: For rebar with rust prevention requirements, an anti-rust oil can be applied. The entire rebar bundle is then wrapped in plastic woven fabric or a waterproof tarp to protect it from moisture and rain.
3.Palletizing or Blocking: The strapped rebar bundles are placed on wooden blocks or a sturdy wooden pallet. This keeps the rebar off the ground, preventing moisture damage, and facilitates forklift handling.
4.Marking and Shipping: A clear shipping mark is affixed to the outside of the package, indicating product specifications, quantity, and batch information. The packaged rebar bundles are then loaded into containers or shipped as bulk cargo.
