As primary types of steel beams, H-beams, I-beams, and channel beams each feature distinct cross-sectional structures, making them suitable for bridge load-bearing, building frameworks, and support connections respectively.
Steel Beams Production Line
The steel beam production line uses steel billets as raw material, with a process designed for targeted shaping: The billet is heated in a furnace to a plastic state, then opened by a roughing mill. Subsequently, the roll grooves are changed according to the product type (H-beams, I-beams, channel beams), and through multiple rolling passes, the specific cross-section is gradually formed (e.g., the wide flanges of H-beams, the inclined flanges of I-beams, the channel shape of channel beams). Post-rolling, the steel beams undergo cooling and straightening to relieve internal stresses, followed by cutting to length, non-destructive testing, and quality inspection before becoming finished products. This process enables efficient production of steel beams with diverse cross-sections, meeting the varied demands of structural engineering.

About Packing Details
1.Bundling and Stacking: Bundle steel beams of the same specification and stack them neatly. For more delicate parts, wooden or rubber spacers can be placed between each layer to prevent friction damage.
2.Bundle Strapping and Reinforcement: The stacked beams are bundled into a single unit. Use multiple high-tensile steel straps in both horizontal and vertical directions to ensure the bundle does not fall apart during transport.
3.Moisture and Rust Prevention: For beams with specific anti-rust requirements, an anti-rust oil coating can be applied, or the entire bundle can be wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and plastic woven fabric to prevent moisture damage.
4.Placement on Wooden Skids: Place the strapped beam bundle on a sturdy wooden skid. The skid provides support, prevents the beams from sliding or deforming on the ground, and facilitates forklift handling.
5.Marking and Final Inspection: Affix a clear shipping mark to the exterior of the package, indicating product specifications, quantity, and batch information. A final inspection is conducted to ensure the packaging is complete and undamaged.
