Corrugated Roofing Sheets Production Line
The production line for galvanized corrugated roofing sheets is a set of automated processing equipment, with the workflow as follows: Coiled galvanized steel plates are first fed by an uncoiler, then straightened by a leveler to ensure flatness. They then enter multiple sets of roll forming machines for continuous cold bending to be pressed into the preset corrugated shape. Subsequently, they are cut into the required length by a fixed-length cutting machine, and finally, the finished products are discharged and stacked via a conveying device.
The entire process allows adjustment of roll group parameters to adapt to different corrugated specifications, enabling efficient mass production.

About Packing Details
1.Sheet Stacking and Layering: First, stack corrugated sheets of the same size neatly. Place waterproof paper or plastic film between each layer to prevent scratching.
2.Bundle Wrapping and Reinforcement: The stacked sheets are bundled into a single unit. The exterior is tightly wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and plastic woven fabric to prevent moisture and physical damage.
3.Multi-directional Strapping: Use multiple high-tensile steel straps. The straps should be applied both horizontally and vertically to ensure the sheet stack does not fall apart during transport.
4.Placement on Pallets: Place the strapped bundle of sheets on a sturdy wooden or steel pallet. The pallet provides support and facilitates forklift handling.
5.Marking and Final Inspection: Affix a clear shipping mark to the exterior of the package, indicating product specifications, quantity, and batch information. A final inspection is conducted to ensure the packaging is complete and undamaged.
