1.Core Preparation & Inner Wrapping: A steel or paper core is first placed at the center of the coil. The coil is then wrapped with multiple layers of waterproof paper, VCI anti-rust paper, and plastic film to create a sealed moisture and rust-proof environment.

2.Outer Protective Layer Installation: The entire coil is fully enclosed with a galvanized steel sheet or pre-painted steel sheet to form a robust outer shell. Circular steel plates are installed on both ends of the coil for edge protection.

3.Multi-directional Strapping: High-tensile steel straps are used for multiple bands. Both circumferential and radial straps are applied to ensure the coil remains secure in all directions. Edge protectors are placed under the straps to prevent damage.

4.Pallet Securing & Marking: The packaged coil is placed on a wooden or steel pallet. It is then firmly secured to the pallet with steel straps, and a shipping mark with product information is affixed or printed on the package.
