They combine the weather resistance and decorative properties of the coating with the strength of the profiled structure, featuring convenient installation. Suitable for roofs and walls of industrial plants, warehouses, and large-scale buildings, color-coated profiled tiles can provide protection while enhancing the aesthetic texture of the appearance, offering excellent cost performance.
Prepainted Profiled Roofing Sheets Production Line
The prepainted profiled roofing sheets production line is a set of automated equipment that processes color-coated steel plates into shaped sheets. The general workflow is as follows: Coiled color-coated steel plates are first fed by an uncoiler, then straightened by a leveler to ensure flatness. Afterwards, they are cold-formed into preset shapes such as corrugated and trapezoidal by multiple sets of roll forming machines, then cut to the set length, and finally discharged and stacked via a conveying device.
The production line can adjust the roll group parameters to change the profiling specifications, balancing processing efficiency and product diversity, and is suitable for mass production.
About Packing Details
1.Sheet Stacking and Layering: First, stack corrugated sheets of the same size neatly. Place waterproof paper or plastic film between each layer to prevent scratching.
2.Bundle Wrapping and Reinforcement: The stacked sheets are bundled into a single unit. The exterior is tightly wrapped with waterproof kraft paper and plastic woven fabric to prevent moisture and physical damage.
3.Multi-directional Strapping: Use multiple high-tensile steel straps. The straps should be applied both horizontally and vertically to ensure the sheet stack does not fall apart during transport.
4.Placement on Pallets: Place the strapped bundle of sheets on a sturdy wooden or steel pallet. The pallet provides support and facilitates forklift handling.
5.Marking and Final Inspection: Affix a clear shipping mark to the exterior of the package, indicating product specifications, quantity, and batch information. A final inspection is conducted to ensure the packaging is complete and undamaged.
