PU/PIR Sandwich Panels Production Line
The PU/PIR sandwich panel production line is an automated equipment for manufacturing composite panels through a continuous foaming and lamination process. Its core workflow is as follows: Coiled metal sheets undergo uncoiling, leveling, and roll forming to become upper and lower panels. Simultaneously, polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) raw materials are mixed in proportion, then continuously foamed on the lower panel to form the core material, with the upper panel being synchronously covered and laminated onto it. Through traction, curing, and shaping, the core material and panels are firmly bonded together. Finally, fixed-length cutting and stacking complete the production process.
The production line ensures stable panel performance by precisely controlling raw material proportioning, foaming speed, and panel forming parameters. During PIR production, the raw material formula needs to be adjusted to enhance flame retardancy. This line is suitable for efficiently producing high-insulation composite panels.
About Packing Details
1.Layering and Stacking: Neatly stack PU/PIR panels of the same size. Place plastic foam or EPE foam between each layer to prevent surface scratching.
2.Bundle Strapping: The stacked panels are bundled into a single unit. Use multiple plastic or steel straps in the horizontal direction to secure the stack and prevent it from shifting.
3.Outer Wrapping: The strapped bundle is tightly wrapped with waterproof plastic film or plastic woven fabric. This layer is crucial for protecting the panels from moisture and physical damage.
4.Placement on Pallets: Place the wrapped and strapped panels on a sturdy wooden or steel pallet. The pallet provides support and facilitates forklift handling.
5.Marking and Final Inspection: Affix a clear shipping mark to the exterior of the package, indicating product specifications, quantity, and batch information. A final inspection is conducted to ensure the packaging is complete and undamaged.
