These panels combine the strength of metal panels with the lightweight, heat-insulating, and sound-insulating properties of the foam core. They are lightweight, easy to install, and have certain fire-resistant and moisture-proof properties, with efficient installation.
Widely used in scenarios such as prefabricated houses, factory partition walls, and cold storage, they can meet both structural support and thermal insulation needs simultaneously.
EPS Sandwich Panels Production Line
The EPS foam sandwich panel production line is a set of automated composite processing equipment, with the main workflow as follows: Coiled metal sheets undergo uncoiling, leveling, and roll forming to become face panels; meanwhile, EPS raw materials, after foaming and curing, are cut into core materials of specified thickness. Subsequently, through composite processes such as gluing, laminating, and hot pressing, the metal face panels on both sides are bonded with the middle foam core into an integrated unit. Finally, the production is completed via fixed-length cutting and stacking.
The production line can adapt to different panel thicknesses and specifications by adjusting parameters, combining high efficiency and flexibility, and is widely used in the mass production of composite panels for construction.
About Packing Details
1.Layering and Stacking: Neatly stack EPS panels of the same size. Place plastic foam or EPE foam between each layer to prevent surface scratching.
2.Bundle Strapping: The stacked panels are bundled into a single unit. Use multiple plastic or steel straps in the horizontal direction to secure the stack and prevent it from shifting.
3.Outer Wrapping: The strapped bundle is tightly wrapped with waterproof plastic film or plastic woven fabric. This layer is crucial for protecting the panels from moisture and physical damage.
4.Placement on Pallets: Place the wrapped and strapped panels on a sturdy wooden or steel pallet. The pallet provides support and facilitates forklift handling.
5.Marking and Final Inspection: Affix a clear shipping mark to the exterior of the package, indicating product specifications, quantity, and batch information. A final inspection is conducted to ensure the packaging is complete and undamaged.
